Peter Baty
PRESIDENT & FOUNDERPeter is an environmental engineer with over 30 years of environmental consulting experience, primarily advising on global M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic buyers/sellers across numerous business sectors. I specialize in providing environmental, health & safety, and sustainability/ESG strategies to help my clients make informed decisions about their transactions, developments, operations, and varied environmental projects.
Peter has provided consulting services to a wide variety of multi-national private and public clients in various sectors including banking & finance, manufacturing, defense, chemicals, utilities, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, food & drink, and transportation. Mr. Baty holds a B.S. in civil/environmental engineering from the University of Vermont and an M.S. in environmental management from the University of San Francisco.
Currently based in Boston, Peter has lived/worked in several states and internationally, completing projects in over 60 different countries, and counting. When he’s not advising clients on their most critical environmental challenges, he can be found coaching youth sports or on a trail somewhere – whether skiing, mountain biking, or hiking.
